Return & Refund Policies of YANA SILVER.

• You have 14 days from the time you receive your product to seek a return/refund. If your request is approved, it will take an additional 4-5 days to complete the return. This is in accordance with our 14-day return and refund policy.

• In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unused, without damages and in the exact condition that you received it. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. 

• The refund will be initiated after the product is received. Refunds take 3-4 business days to appear in your original form of payment.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, damaged or without invoice. 

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

• Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
• If the order is placed during a sale and is returned to us, only the amount you paid will be refunded; the current product price will not be included.

Cancellation Policies

 

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 
• You must first receive and then return the order if you want to cancel an already-shipped item.
